How to schedule a ride:

 Any veteran needing a ride to VA medical facility should contact Butler County Veterans Affairs Office at 319.267.9967 at least five working days prior to their appointment. The VA Director will be dispatching the drivers. If you have questions about the services, or would like to serve as a volunteer driver, please contact the office at the listed number above.

When contacting the coordinator, you will need to provide the following information:

• Name
• Address
• Phone Number
• Last 4 digits of your social security number
• Date and time of appointment
